Private dining experiences are requested through the website at
chefvasily.com. After receiving your inquiry, Chef Vasily personally reviews the request and typically responds within
24 hours to discuss availability, menu options, and pricing.
Once the menu, guests count, and event details are confirmed, an official invoice will be issued.
To secure and reserve your event date, a
50% deposit is required. Reservations are considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance will be invoiced on the day of the event.

PricingPrivate dining experiences are typically priced
per guest, unless otherwise specified.
Example:
$250 per guest × 10 guests = $2,500 total.
Pricing includes:
• All ingredients
• Menu preparation
• Transportation
• On-site cooking and service
• Plates and dining utensils
• Cloth napkins
• Professional cooking equipment
• Cleanup of the cooking area
• Applicable taxes
There are no hidden fees.Gratuity is
not included and is always
at the client’s discretion.
Equipment & Kitchen RequirementsChef Vasily provides:

Clients are asked to provide:
• Access to a
stove and oven• A
clear countertop space for food preparation, if possible
• Their own
glassware for beveragesChef Vasily typically arrives
approximately 2 hours prior to the scheduled dinner time to set up the cooking station and begin preparation.
For safety and quality standards, Chef Vasily reserves the right to decline or adjust service if kitchen conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for professional food preparation.
Guest CountFinal guest count must be confirmed
72 hours prior to the event.
Pricing will be based on the confirmed number of guests and cannot be reduced after this confirmation.
If additional guests are added after confirmation, accommodation will depend on availability and may require menu adjustments.
Cancellation PolicyBecause ingredients are purchased and preparation begins in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:

4 days or more before the event — 100% of the deposit will be refunded
•
3 days before the event — 50% of the deposit will be refunded
•
2 days and less before the event — the deposit is non-refundable
Client ResponsibilitiesClients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate event details (location, time, guest count)
• Informing Chef Vasily in advance of any
dietary restrictions or food allergies• Ensuring reasonable kitchen access during preparation and service
